The Zagoršćak Law Firm provides legal services in the field of labour law, the law of obligations, commercial law and in all the other fields of law. It also provides legal entities with aid, particularly in the form of legal support provided to company management when it is supposed to make the best business decisions in the economic, financial and strategic context.
Furthermore, the firm, based on appertaining performance indicators, advises company management regarding possible company restructuring from the viewpoint of labour law and ownership rights in order to protect the entity from all the business risks. Besides, it provides international arbitration services and if need be, all the other legal services within the scope of business of a law firm.
We possess special knowledge in the area of commercial law, labour law and the law of obligations, commerce, finance, taxes and similar. We provide legal assistance on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia and Europe.
I was born in Osijek on 29 December 1961, where I also finished primary and secondary school. After completed secondary education, I enrolled in the Law School of Osijek which I graduated from in 1986 and obtained higher education qualifications and title of bachelor of laws.
After the graduation, I worked in the legal department of company AUTOREPARATURA d.d. (plc.) of Osijek for nine years and in the Council of the City of Osijek for two years where I dealt with affairs in the field of property law and passed the bar exam. Then I worked as the manager of the legal department in some privately held companies and finally I founded this law firm on 1 January 2002.
